What happens to your data after you register.

  • Upon registration, you automatically agree that we may store your data for a period of up to 2 years. After this period, your data will be deleted from our system.
  • The term starts after your last activity, for example:
    • You are registering as a guest or customer
    • You are placing an order
    • You are claiming a return or warranty
    • You are changing your personal information.

How do we safeguard your data:

  • Your data is stored in a Database that is separate from the Online Store, this database is secured using, among other things, AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm for data integrity.
  • Our servers are equipped with an https:// secure connection and are equipped with several secure Firewalls
  • Our database is only accessible via local connection, which means that connections from outside (external IP addresses) are rejected.
  • Our database is stationed in a secure data center environment, which is located on Dutch soil. This means we comply with Dutch law and regulations in the field of privacy and compliance.

DMR Electronics uses your data only and exclusively for:

  • Handling and delivery of your order
  • Payment handling and registration
  • Warranty and returns handling
  • Sending a purchase review
  • Send newsletter if you have registered

Your data will not be used for commercial purposes or marketing activities.

What are my rights:

You remain the owner of your data at all times, even though it is stored in our secure environment. You decide at any time what you want to do with your data. If you wish to cancel your registration within the specified period of 2 years, you can let us know via the contact form We will then ensure that your data is processed. be removed from our database.
