**Shipping with Best Way: Fast and Reliable**

At DMR Electronics we strive to make your shopping experience as effortless and enjoyable as possible. A crucial part of this experience is our shipping service through Best Way. We want to be transparent about our procedures and conditions, so that you can place your order with us with confidence.

**Delivery Time and Availability**

All products we offer are shipped via Best Way, and we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our average delivery time varies between 2 and 10 working days within the EU. Please note that these delivery times are indicative, and some items may require factory assembly. Please refer to the product page of your choice for more information on estimated delivery times.

**Standard Shipping Terms**

Our standard shipping terms are applied by our carrier to ensure your package is delivered safely and on time. Here are some of the features of our shipping service:

- **Basic Package**: Our services start with the Basic Package, which is simple but very complete. We offer a 24-hour service, with your package being delivered the first working day after presentation.

- **Track & Trace**: You can track your package online using Track & Trace, so you are always aware of the status of your order.

- **Delivery Attempts**: We will make two delivery attempts to ensure you receive your package quickly.

- **Neighborly delivery**: If the recipient is absent, we can deliver the package to the neighbors.

- **Collection option**: You have the option to collect your package at a postal location for up to three weeks.

- **Shipping costs**: We are pleased to inform you that we ship your order for free in the Netherlands, up to a weight of 1 kg and/or a size of less than 1000 x 500 x 500 mm. For weight and size above this, the applicable carrier rates apply.

**Order Cancellation and Returns Policy**

At DMR Electronics we understand that there are sometimes situations where you may want to cancel or return your order. Here are the key points regarding our cancellation and returns policy:

- **Order Cancellation**: If you wish to cancel a placed order, you must do so within 4 hours of placing it.

- **Return Policy**: We want you to be happy with your purchases from us. If you are not satisfied, you can exchange your product for another available product within 14 days of receipt. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information about your return rights.

- **Exceptions**: Please note that software purchases acquired digitally and/or delivered on fractured media are not eligible for returns.

**Important notes for returns**:

- We can only accept returns for products purchased through www.dmr-electronics.com.

- Please ensure that the returned goods are in the original packaging and in the same condition as when they were shipped.

- If we receive damaged or defective goods, we will return them to you. Handling and transport costs incurred will not be refunded.

- All returns must be sent back to DMR Electronics. Please ensure that the enclosed Sender's Receipt is clearly visible on the outside of the package and that it has sufficient postage.
