For high-frequency applications where every decibel loss counts, the CELF200 coaxial cable is the perfect choice. While the standard RG58 cable often loses too much signal at higher frequencies, this cable excels due to its excellent attenuation values (only 30.86 dB per 100 meters at 1000MHz). This makes the cable ideally suited for critical connections around GSM, 3G, 4G LTE and WiFi networks, as well as for professional antenna installations.
High-quality construction with double shielding
The secret of the low attenuation lies in the superior construction of the cable. The cable has a solid inner core of 100% pure copper with a thickness of 1.12 mm. This is surrounded by a double shielding layer: an aluminum-coated foil and a sturdy braided sheath of tinned copper with a high density of 88%. This double barrier keeps out unwanted external signals and ensures that the internal signal is optimally preserved.
Ease of installation and compatibility
With an outer diameter of 4.95 mm, the cable is physically as thick as an RG58 cable, making it easy to pull through existing pipes or penetrations. The minimum bending radius of 25 mm also ensures smooth processing in corners and housings.
Pay attention to connectors: Because the solid copper core is slightly thicker than the multi-conductor core of a standard RG58, regular RG58 connectors often do not fit directly. However, our special RG58-compatible connectors are fully compatible and fit seamlessly with this cable.
