Smart multi-room audio in a compact package: The PA-4125DX

For modern sound installations in retail, catering, offices or multifunctional centers, an efficient distribution of audio across different rooms is crucial. The PA-4125DX multifunction amplifier offers a high-end solution that takes up minimal physical space but delivers maximum performance. Thanks to the advanced Class D architecture, the amplifier has an exceptionally high efficiency and hardly produces any heat. With an overall signal-to-noise ratio of over 106 dB and an extremely low distortion factor (THD less than 0.05%), you are assured of crystal clear speech intelligibility and sparkling music reproduction in every zone.

Advanced network management and HTML5 interface

Complicated software installations are definitely a thing of the past past. The PA-4125DX has a built-in network port (LAN) and supports WLAN integration, making the internal web server directly accessible within the network. The graphical user interface is built entirely in modern HTML5. This allows you to open the mixing and routing matrix just as easily on an iPad or Android tablet as on a PC or Mac. Inputs can be assigned to specific zones in an instant, volumes can be adjusted live and presets can be quickly saved or loaded.

Professional DSP tools and FIR filters

The heart of the signal processing is a powerful digital signal processor (DSP). The input channels feature a parametric 5-band equalizer to perfectly balance sources. On the output side, you get access to functions that you normally only find in standalone speaker management systems: separate FIR filters (Finite Impulse Response), adjustable high-pass and low-pass filters, a precisely adjustable compressor or limiter and a delay per zone. Thanks to the built-in speaker matching (up to 10 ms), it ensures that the speakers in different rooms are perfectly matched to each other.

Extensive connectivity and ease of installation

On the back of this compact amplifier there is a well-thought-out package of connections. For the analog sources, there are 4 balanced mic or line inputs via handy plug-in screw terminals and traditional RCA or tulip jacks. You can connect digital equipment directly via the S/PDIF RCA input and output. A functional GPIO interface enables external volume control and remote standby switching, reducing standby power consumption to an environmentally friendly value of less than 0.5 W. The PA-4125DX also features a priority talkover function for broadcast microphones and a built-in sine wave noise generator for quick installation sizing.
