The heart of the amplifier is powered by the globally acclaimed amplifier technology of PASCAL, which ensures extremely low power consumption and crystal-clear dynamics with a signal-to-noise ratio of more than 106 dB. Intuitive management via HTML5 and network integration

Complicated software packages are a thing of the past. The PA-8125DX has an integrated network connection via LAN or WLAN and a built-in web server. The graphical user interface is built entirely in modern HTML5. This means that you can directly access, configure and operate the amplifier live via a standard web browser on your smartphone, tablet, Mac or PC, regardless of the operating system. The interface is clearly laid out, making routing and mixing inputs to the 8 different zones and adjusting volumes a piece of cake.

High-End DSP processing and speaker matching

The internal DSP architecture provides audio engineers with all the tools needed for perfect acoustic tuning. The 9 input channels are equipped with a parametric 5-band equalizer. On the output side, the amplifier has separate FIR filters (Finite Impulse Response) per channel, adjustable high-pass and low-pass filters, an accurate compressor/limiter and an adjustable delay. With the built-in speaker matching (up to 10 ms) and a switchable output phase, you ensure that all connected speakers work together perfectly in phase and time. For ease of installation, the system also features a built-in sine wave noise generator for system testing and a priority talkover function for public address microphones.

Flexible configuration and industrial reliability

Thanks to its hybrid design, the PA-8125DX supports both low-impedance systems (4 or 8 Ohm) and professional 100 V distribution lines via robust plug-in screw terminals. On the input side you have the choice between 8 balanced screw terminals or tulip/RCA jacks for line equipment. A smart GPIO interface enables external remote volume control and standby switching, which reduces standby consumption to less than 0.5 W. The amplifier is housed in a compact 19 inch metal housing of only 1 HU (Rack Unit) and is electronically fully protected against all conceivable operating situations, such as overheating and short circuit.
